For the purposes of the Act, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described below. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are answerable for it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the "Request a Free Quote" form on this website:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• The service you are interested in
• Any project details you choose to describe

We do not ask for your address, date of birth, ID numbers, or payment details on this website. If you give us an address later so we can visit or quote a site, we use it only for that job.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange the work if you go ahead. We may call you or message you on WhatsApp about that enquiry.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing or promotional lists unless you separately tell us you want that.

How the form works

The quote form on this website does not store anything on our server. When you press "Send via WhatsApp", the form opens WhatsApp on your device with your details already filled into a message. You send that message yourself.

This means your details travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Once the message reaches us, it sits in our WhatsApp business chat history. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, simply call us on the number above instead.

Who else sees your information

Your enquiry is seen by our own team only. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or other businesses.

Two third parties are involved in the technical delivery of this site:

• Our web host, which stores the website files and keeps standard server logs, including visitor IP addresses, for security purposes.
• Google Maps, which supplies the map shown on our Contact page. Loading that map may set Google cookies in your browser. Google's handling of that data is covered by its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not run advertising pixels or analytics tracking. If we add any in future, we will ask for your consent before those cookies load, and we will update this policy.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not turn into work: deleted within 12 months.
• Customer records for completed jobs: kept for as long as we need them for accounts, tax and warranty purposes, then deleted.

Keeping it safe

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our WhatsApp business account and our records is limited to the people who need it, and those accounts are password protected.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to

Children

Our services are aimed at property owners, builders and contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
